Helpdesk Calls
The CHAMP Helpdesk will try to
help resolve any issues you encounter as soon as possible. All
messages are answered in the order that they are received.
Based on call volume in any given day, we make every attempt to
return calls the day they are received.
If a computer provided to you
by the Ryan White Title I program is in need of repair, we will
respond to these situations as soon as possible to minimize
downtime. For certain cases we can provide a temporary
replacement PC in the event the repair problem takes longer than
a day.
Training Classes
All agencies
new to the Ryan White program receive on-site (provider
location) training on the CHAMP program. During this initial
training, it is strongly recommended that your agency’s
Directors/Administrators attend.
All
additional training workshops are held at the CHAMP office.
These periodic trainings may occur when new modules are added or
as refresher courses for providers still having trouble with the
CHAMP program. This website also offers online training videos
which are designed for use as a refresher or to help train new
staff at your location.
Cross-training of staff is the responsibility of your agency
and is a part of your program’s contract evaluation. For this
reason, the scheduling of additional training classes is at the
discretion of your Ryan White monitor.
CHAMP Program Suggestions
We welcome
all suggestions that you may have to help improve the CHAMP
program. CHAMP programmers are regularly evaluating/updating the
system to make it as easy and effective as possible. Any
recommendations for improvements we receive are considered and
often implemented (ex: adding a list choice, reorganizing a
screen to be more user-friendly, etc). Your input is greatly
appreciated!
